Another amazing step forward for the club!

Last night, we fielded our first ever Under 13s girls game!

For many of them, it was their first ever game of cricket but they all did absolutely amazing, playing against Carlton Towers.

We are so proud of our Women’s section this year.

We have worked so hard to get to a point where we were able to field, 2 teams in the indoor softball league, attend every summer softball fixture, and put 11 players out every week in the women’s hardball league.

There have been some fantastic performances which ended up with the ladies just narrowly missing out on promotion! An amazing effort for their first season of hardball cricket together.

Most importantly they have created an amazing environment where players of all ages encourage each other, have fun and look forward to playing!

A special mention to Coach Bunn, who has been at the helm this year and put so much of his time into helping the ladies get better!
