Introducing my new collaboration as part of the wellness duet.

Sue and I met recently and instantly found despite our very different paths, we both have the same midlife message.

We have joined together to bring you a monthly Q&A on Zoom. Each month we will have a new topic and you can either join us live or submit your questions for us to answer.

This month we will discuss emotional eating and macros, what they are and how they are important for weight loss and health.
