Here are four of my staple exercises when training clients:
Squats - the ultimate leg exercise and can be done in many variations, doing some single leg stuff is also must.
Chin-Ups & Push-Ups - no nonsense bodyweight pull & push exercises. Can be regressed with a band or progressed with a weight vest.
Burpees - my go-to when I want to increase the cardiovascular intensity of a workout.
