As a professional rugby league player for the past eight years, I’ve always been deeply invested in my health and overall wellbeing. Working with elite-level coaches and performance staff, and consistently being pushed to my limits has given me invaluable experience and knowledge in training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle management.

Alongside my playing career, my ongoing work within a gym environment has expanded my expertise as a personal trainer and reinforced my passion for the fitness industry.

Rugby has been, and continues to be, a massive part of my life and career. However, helping people achieve a complete lifestyle transformation, building confidence, improving performance, and reaching their fitness goals is a passion I’m fully committed to pursuing.

I’m now putting everything I’ve learned throughout my professional career into helping people like you create lasting change, gain confidence, and become the strongest version of yourself.
