Josh absolutely killing it with this transformation 👏

18 weeks 14kg down and still living a balanced life style!

Josh works super long hours and plenty of night shifts so when setting up his programme I kept this in mind and worked around it. Some days he wasn’t able to get to the gym so he required home workouts. Food was always adjusted to his cravings if needed, aswell as still being allowed to have a meal out and couple of drinks if he wanted as it was always accounted into his calories👀

No matter how stressed Josh was he pushed through and stuck to it like an absolute champ, most people wouldn’t of been able to push through with such a busy lifestyle but he was keen to make a change.

What’s stopping you getting results like this? If you are willing to put in the work and still enjoy life and nice food you will get the results you’ve always wanted!

🥈for Sam In international championships UKDFBA 😮‍💨

And that’s a wrap for Sam’s Season. Now I have been working with her the last 5 weeks so I cannot take all the credit but Sam came to me wanting to experience last bit of her prep together, and we did. I believe in the short space of time working together we did something amazing, a completely different look. Daily check ins and pretty much every other day in person check ins to be able to understand how she responds to stuff, as any coach knows it can be a hard task to take over someone’s prep midway, but as mentioned we smashed it.

Besides me acting as a coach here, I am genuinely proud of her, she killed the last 20+ weeks of her prep. She just did what had to be done and is truly inspiring to see as a partner. Now she has placed higher than me in all her shows in her rookie season 🤣 anyone who is into bodybuilding knows it can be a struggle on a relationship but I believe if your both as passionate about the sport, it makes it a lot easier for both of you. Time for some down time and enjoy some holidays 😂

Now road to the natty pro card as it’s obvious she has a bright future in wellness.

This was Jackson’s first ever prep and he absolutely killed it. Very smooth prep and we peaked him perfectly. This guy does not miss, he puts his all into anything he does and I’m very glad I took the trip over to Canada to meet Jackson because he looked even crazier in person, but besides the physique I met a brother for life!

We decided to jump into 4 different categories and came back with crazy results:

🥈 True Novice MP
🥈 True Novice B MP
🥉Junior MP
Top 5 in MP open class D

There was over 500+ athletes on that day and each class was absolutely stacked out. One of the biggest natty shows of the year in 🇨🇦

Cannot wait to run this back, we’ve got big goals for the next season. Off szn update coming soon from Jackson because we are looking absolutely Mega.

Bright future for this man. Proud of you man and honoured to be a part of your journey as always 🫡

The Dream Team.

🥈for yesterday at Yorkshire in a very strong line up for wellness girls.

Me and Sam didn’t expect anything coming into the show as our main priority is ukdfba and we knew the level of athletes at PCA are super high standard.

But we came back with hardware!! The best she has looked by far! Hasn’t been an easy last 3 weeks but we keep pushing because this is where it counts now. Always proud of her ❤️

Now into the last week of digging to bring out even more condition before the finals next weekend and we are already off to a good start with a new prep low after her show day after not having a off plan meal (Sorry Sam)

Goal is to be peeled. Watch us do so.
