Last pre season ends in defeat.

The lads in blue played their last pre season before their 1st league game next week.

We faced a very good Springhead this morning who did the basics correct unlike us who it took 84 minutes of the game for us to string a pass together. Final score 7-2

Man of the match Ethan who managed to assist a goal and also put a lot of balls into the box. Did the basics well and was a much improved performance.

Our plans are now underway for next Sunday with our 1st home game of the Season against AFC Tickton with a 13:15 kick off

💙⚽ What an experience for our Under 12 girls! ⚽💙

Today, a few of our U12 girls had the fantastic opportunity to help run the tuck shop at MKM Stadium and what an amazing job they did! 🙌

But also they got to cheer on hull city afterwards

Together, they raised an incredible £151.80 towards their team fund! 🎉💰

A massive thank you to everyone who supported the girls today. Your generosity means so much to them and will help towards making some great memories with their team. 💙

A huge thank you also to their coach Keiran for organising this fantastic opportunity. The girls absolutely loved every minute of the experience and were so proud to be involved! 🥰

And finally, thank you to coaches Carl and Hannah for supervising the girls and helping make sure they had such a brilliant day.

Our u18s was in action today away to west hull Yorkies. With 5 players missing today we was trying out players in different positions to cover those away. Unfortunately within the first 10 minutes we found ourselves 4-0 down and was just all over, lack of ideas lack of effort. A few changes and we seemed to settle down and attempt to play some football but full credit to west Hull they didn’t give us 1 minute to settle, cross after cross we was our own worst enemy today. 2nd half Archie played a sweet ball through to Olly B who slotted home for our only goal. Olly Barr had one called for offside but was certainly onside but can’t blame the ref he did a good job.

Final score 6-1

Few injuries picked up today as well so we have cancelled our midweek game and prepare for Sunday against Springhead FC
