Bath Wilts & North Dorset Gliding Club BWNDGC offer training and trial flights to a wide range of ages and abilities. You are very welcome to come along.

Despite debating whether to complete ARCs or build an Ark given all the rain, BWND members have not been slacking - road repairs, glider maintance, vehicle/trailer and lopper maintenance, reviewing electrical systems in the hangar, calls to discuss instruments in the new DG and building the room for our Simulator due in February - lots of good banter, cameraderie and fun - what gliding is all about - even on wet days...

A great day out supporting the Bath Spa University Aeroclub who will be flying with us. Lots of enthusiastic students, and we took one of our Astirs for them to sit in and see the controls and instruments. Look forward to seeing them at the club in due course!

One of the joys of the club is the outstanding Wiltshire scenery that we are surrounded by. In the summer, for Members and visiting pilots, camping/caravans/camper vans are encouraged and we have showers a kitchen and of course the bar on site. Views are free and the tranquility at night is very therapeutic......
