You could spend the next 4 months worrying about getting started…

Or you could spend them making progress 📈

You don’t need the perfect diet
You don’t need to live in the gym
You don’t need to give up your social life

You just need to start, and stay consistent👀

How many times have you started over and over again because you give up, lose motivation or just don’t start in the first place?

Repeating that same cycle every January thinking ‘this year I’ll do it’…

Imagine starting now, and imagine the feeling of reaching January already on the right track🤩

I’m opening 5 spaces for Online Coaching for September📱

DM me ‘COACHING’ to claim one of these spots, and be ahead of the game for 2027😎

So proud of Amber Rose Fitness - ARF, from a client to a colleague and working through so many phases of life🥹

The gains both physically and mentally are exponential, and I’m so proud of your journey❤️📈🚀

Onwards and upwards!🤩

Firstly my body deserved equal appreciation and respect in all of these, however my mind deserved more.

Losing and finding yourself isn't an easy journey, I originally started my fitness journey as a desperate attempt to improve my mental health. As you can see I did shift a lot of my baby weight - a side goal, and one I'm still proud of. However I soon realised I fell in love with how the journey made me feel and I enjoyed feeling strong.

I've experienced many phases of this fitness journey, which gives me knowledge I can pass on to my clients. But I always try to shift the focus onto how fitness makes you feel.. if the goal is to lose weight, this is usually covering or alongside other reasons such as wanting to feel energised, confident in your own skin and strong. Equally if we're trying to gain weight, the mental reasons are very similar.

I couldn't have done this without my coach - CT fitness🫶

So grateful I get to help others with their journey now, I will always dig deeper than training to look a certain way.

DM - ROSE if you would like to get started on your journey- In person and online coaching 💜

Halfway there 👀

7kg down since the middle of May💃🏼

And honestly? I haven’t done anything “crazy”🫨

No cutting out carbs. No hours of cardio. No ridiculous diet❌

I’ve simply eaten in a calorie deficit, increased my steps, tracked my food and most importantly — committed to doing it consistently🫡

I think that’s the bit people don’t always want to hear…. Getting results isn’t necessarily “difficult” but it does require you to be intentional😇

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10 years, but I’m not immune to letting things slide.. and I’d definitely let myself fall into bad habits over the last 18 months, maybe become a bit complacent etc📉

So I made a decision

Not “I’ll try to be a bit better.”
Not “I’ll start Monday.”
Not “I’ll see how it goes.”

I’ve just done the basics, CONSISTENTLY👀

I’m sharing my own progress because I want to show you that you don’t need a crazy plan to change your body

You just need to commit to your goals, with a plan that will get you there, and BE CONSISTENT. Regardless of motivation, regardless of plans, consistently showing up for yourself😌

7kg down, another few to go 👀 feeling locked in, and excited to see where we can get too before the end of October🤪

Your social life isn’t stopping your progress… your approach to it is👇🏼

Last week I had:
✨ Birthday lunch out 🎈
✨ Dinner at a friends with a surprise bday cake 🎂
✨ Lunch with friends (and more cake👀)
✨ BBQs all weekend

And I still lost weight.

How? I planned ahead.

I knew roughly what my meals would look like, tracked where I could, enjoyed myself, and then got straight back to my normal routine.

Too many people treat one meal out as an excuse to write off the whole weekend… or even the whole week.

You don’t need to avoid birthdays, BBQs or social occasions to get results..

You just need to stop letting them become the excuse🤷🏼‍♀️

Fat loss should fit around your life, not the other way around💪🏼

Finding it hard to juggle your social plans? Drop me a msg and let’s find a route that works for you🤝🏼

Client Spotlight - Leah! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️

What can this woman not do?!😍

Leah competed in the Henley Sprint Triathlon last weekend and absolutely smashed it! Finishing in just over 2 hours, Leah showed perseverance, grit and determination in every aspect of the race💪🏼

Some of these aspects don’t come naturally to Leah, after having a solid 12 week training block to get her prepped she was ready to go!🏁

As always I’m super proud of Leah - now it’s onto Hyrox Mixed Doubles prep👀🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

Client Spotlight - Sophia 💙💛

Sophia went to the first trial for the U15 Team Bath School Games Squad mid-April with around 90 girls attending. She showed her talent and was one of the 25 girls to be selected for the Team Bath U15 School Games Long Squad. Sophia will train weekly over the next 4 months between locations in Taunton and Bath Uni, with added opportunities for extra match play and tournaments in between. Sophia was one of 12 selected for the first match against Wales U15s on Saturday last week, where her Bath team came away with a solid 42-24 win 🙌

While the aim is to get to the U15 School Games in September with the selected 12 short squad, Sophia is going to make some amazing progress with the standard of training she is going to receive over the next few months, alongside all of her S&C training she is doing outside of this!

Myself and Sophia have been training together for nearly 4 years, and not only has she pushed herself throughout every single session, showing incredible dedication and resilience, but she has also inspired everyone around her with her positivity, work ethic, and determination to improve.

I’m so proud of you Soph!! Onwards and upwards with the blues and yellows💙💛
