You move your body to stay strong but what you put into your body matters just as much.
JM Pilates and JM Healthy Living are now one.
I’ve brought my two worlds together, movement and nutrition, to help busy women who spend their days running businesses, homes and families, but rarely have time to think about themselves, realising that working online, sitting for long hours at a desk, and snatching snacks between meetings might keep their business running, but it’s not doing their body or their long-term success any favours.
My lovely client, Dani, is one of those women. She runs a very successful global sleep consultancy and mentorship academy, but with three children and a busy business to juggle, she’d found it harder to stay strong and at the weight she feels best at.
We’ve been working closely together, creating simple routines and real food plans that easily fit around her life.
Dani is really motivated and can already see the difference, more energy, more strength, and has a whole new way of shopping….she now sticks to just two aisles in the supermarket, fresh food and meat, and says reading the labels down the others was a real eye-opener!

Keeping supple and strong is crucial to your longevity, research now shows that the only factor more important than how you move is what you put IN your body.
