One whole year of the workshop 🧡

We honestly can’t quite believe it. What started as an idea has grown into something really special, and that’s entirely down to all of you.

Every early morning, every class, every bit of encouragement, laughter, and hard work — it’s all helped shape what this place has become. The support from this community has meant more to us than we can put into words.

Devi and I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such a strong, positive group of people who show up not just for themselves, but for each other too.

Thank you for being part of the journey so far. Here’s to another year of getting stronger, keeping active, and building something even bigger together 💪

The hard work is paying off! We are beyond proud to announce that Millie Winzer and Kitty Tucker have been accepted into the Exeter College Academy on just their first of four trials! 👏🔥

Seven years of loyalty. Seven years of grit, growth, sweat and determination. Watching Millie and Kitty rise through the junior ranks and develop into outstanding academy-level athletes has been nothing short of inspiring.

The future of women’s rugby is shining bright! 🌟🏉

Extremely proud of my lovely client, Hyam. Training is so much more than improving physical fitness - it’s therapy. It builds confidence, increases your self respect and gives you direction and purpose.

Nobody can take it away from you, and it is always there. It is not an exaggeration to say that in some cases it has saved lives.

I firmly believe that it makes you a better person.

Looking forward to the next chapter with Hyam 💪
