When anxiety rises, your breath is your anchor.
It’s always with you. Always available. Always guiding you back to the present moment.
You don’t need a full hour of yoga to feel a shift…
Just a few mindful minutes can begin to calm your body and quiet your mind.
Try this gentle reset:
🌬️ Sit comfortably and place one hand on your heart, one on your belly
🌬️ Inhale slowly… exhale softly
🌬️ Begin a simple rhythm: in for 4… hold for 4… out for 4… hold for 4
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Let your thoughts slow down.
You might also fold forward gently, allowing your head to drop, releasing tension held in the body.
No pressure. No perfection. Just breath, movement, and space to be.
