We ran out of reasons why we shouldn’t go for a run. Enjoyed seeing the lambs tinkering about with their pals. Didn’t enjoy Dora trying to eat all the sheep poo 💩

50% of our run was on roads this morning. Thankfully the roads aren’t too road-like. The green lanes are pretty damn tough to run on with excessively thick mud. We got out though, that’s a win!

My quirkiest strava map ever?! Just making it up as we went along today. Trying out a couple of different trails, and a new ultimate b@5stard hill 😝. Mental challenge to not just take the easy option home too. And the mud has returned! Smiles all round 🙌

Our littlest Tailblazer on his first Canicross event Newnham Bark. Super proud of his time, 12mins for a 2km that had a hill at the start, lots of slippy muddy cornering and Dora needed a 💩!!

Very excited to be able to confirm a new location for my Canicross sessions at Avon Mill Garden Centre in Loddiswell.

There is a super cafe with plenty of covered outside seating which is dog friendly and assortment of shops for pre or post run refreshments and a mooch.

A West Country Garden Centre, Cafe, Deli and Art Gallery in south devon. Specialists in coastal plants. Popular cafe serves cream teas, lunches, all home cooked from local produce.
