Yes You Can Fitness Fully qualified Personal Trainer in HIIT and Circuit Training. I love training outdoors so sessions are outside all year round come rain or shine.

My name is Claire and I am qualified Personal Trainer, HIIT coach (Metafit) and Circuit/Bootcamp instructor. There are the obvious benefits of keeping fit but for me I love seeing the change in people both physically and mentally. Exercise is proven to help with depression, raise endorphins and generally make you feel better so the difference will come both inside and out. Nutrition plays a huge p

No classes next week but there will be our long awaited social on Thursday 29th July on the common. Looking to meet up around 6.30 ish - bring your own refreshments and a blanket ! Really looking forward to catching up with everyone x

So, first post since changing to just a Wednesday evening and a big shout out to Jen and Sue for coming out tonight when I know there are other sporting events on 🤔
A matrix tonight with a really challenging cardio focused first half and an even more challenging core focused second round 💪
Well done to both, smashing it as always . Enjoy the ⚽️ and see you all next week 👍

At long last classes will restart this Wednesday 5th May at 7pm 😊

Sooo looking forward to seeing everyone again and rebuilding. The new HUNTED workout is where we kick off - nice and simple and easily re-gressable !

The weather is not forecasted to be great so layer up and don't forget your water !
