We had a great week of circuit training last week, this week is going to be even better. if there are some of you out there who haven't tried it yet don't be shy come and have a go, you will love it.
Sharp Fitness Circuits is a full body workout, 12-16 exercises, 30 seconds per exercise, 3-4 circuits per session.
