It goes without saying that we all want to remain as mobile as we possibly can as we age 🤸🏻‍♂️

Mobility to you might mean being able to chase after your grandchildren or keep walking your doggo each day 👶🏻🦮

Perhaps it means still being able to have adventure holidays or taking part in sporting events 🧗🏻‍♀️🏌️🎳

Or perhaps you just want to be able to
get out of bed without wincing in pain each morning? 😊

Well, in order to keep mobile we have to work at it!

Here at RAW Fitness Studio we make sure to include mobility drills in order to make sure our clients are maintaining a full range of movement.

And are able to strengthen their joints outside of their comfortable range, in order to prevent injury and develop strength in compromised positions.
