Our very our Shaun Simpson and Ben Hodges will be running three marathons in 24 hours at Hero’s Gym, all to bring holiday cheer to children in the local community. They are collecting toy donations for the children’s ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn (with hopes to collect enough to donate to other local children’s charities), and they would love your support!

There are two drop-off points for toy donations: the Sandringham Centre at RAF Marham and Hero’s Gym, King’s Lynn. Toys must be brand new, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital staff have kindly requested nothing fluffy.
We are accepting donations now up until the 17th December, when the run will take place.

Please join us in spreading some holiday magic and make this season a little brighter for kids in the hospital. Thank you in advance for your support!

Come along and try out our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes. Does not matter if you are a beginner or have never done Martial Arts before. You will be in good hands with a great atmosphere. The sessions are fun and challenging the same time with the exercises progressed and regressed for your level and needs!
