With the new year very often comes a fresh start in your fitness journey.
Over the years I’ve spoken to so many women who have all agreed that in January they feel so motivated to reach their fitness goals but struggle to maintain it. 😬
What do these women have in common?
They all try to do the most from day one! Cutting out carbs, walking 10k steps per day, working out 5 times per week! You name it they do it and it’s impossible to keep up especially with everything else life has to throw at you 👀
So this year let’s focus on these three things ⬇️
