If you’re curious about how I can help you with menopause symptoms here is a testimonial from a lovely lady who has been with me on this journey!

About a year ago I first noticed some changes in my life that had seemingly come out of nowhere. Weight gain,fatigue,stiff joints and worst of all...brain fog. I went to the Dr's and was offered HRT which made me feel horrendous. Supersized boob's,backache and headaches. Overnight I suddenly felt very old even though I was only 46 and very depressed..it was like I didn't know who I was anymore. I came off of the HRT but then felt a little lost as didn't know where to go from there. Then I came across Menopause Wellness which is ran by my wonderful fitness instructor. Sharon Hanson.I thought I had nothing to lose and after joining it turned out I had everything to gain. I was among other women who suffered the same. We shared symptoms and laughter and discovered ways we could improve our symptoms through dietary advice and exercise. I have since lost well over a stone. I am happier and understand my journey rather than being afraid of it and have made friends. I would recommend it to anyone..the 2 pictures I have enclosed are 3 months apart after joining Menopause Wellness

Been quiet for a few days…. Life works in strange ways, sometimes you wonder why?? Why is this happening to you?
So we have 2 choices, we can choose to let it destroy us or we can choose to fight back!! Right now I’m team fight back, I generally am a fight back girl but the last few weeks have hit me differently… but with the right mindset and the right people surrounding you with love and positivity it is a great motivation!!
Midlife is bloody hard, for us ladies without a doubt a hard, stressful and can be a debilitating time… I’ve worked hard over the last 2 years to understand the menopause, I think I have a good understanding and the right information to help make this transition a little bit easier!
Helping others helps me and I’ve discovered a passion for health and wellness, not a desire to be a size zero which in my 30’s 40’s I was chasing 🥴 the desire to look how I thought I should look, ha, HEALTHis important not getting in those size 8 jeans 🤣
