If you get into trouble in the water, remember:

Float to Live. 💙

If you fall in or become tired, stay calm, float on your back, and call for help. If someone else is in trouble, throw them something that floats.

How to float:
• Tilt your head back to keep your airway clear
• Keep your ears submerged in the water
• Relax and focus on your breathing
• Spread your arms and legs to stay balanced
• Gently move your hands and feet if needed

This week is National Drowning Prevention week!
All lessons will focus on water safety.
Please wear swimming costumes underneath pyjamas.
No tracksuits, glitter, sequins or beads.
Shorts and short sleeved for non-swimmers, long sleeves and long legs for more advanced 💦

💦Crash course bookings are open!
We also have a few evenings (from 4pm) available for 121 and 221s:
Tuesday July 21st
Wednesday July 29th
Thursday August 13th

Prices are £60 for the week for a group lesson, or £30 per 121/221 (£150 for the week)

Pool hire will be available for old and current clients over the summer holidays ☀️
