It’s with sadness that I am hanging up my glowsticks and moving on to the next chapter wherever life takes me with that.
When I first started Clubbercise in June 2015 after being qualified at only 17 I did not intend to be carrying on with it nearly 8 and a half years later but that’s what happens when you are having fun, making friends along the way.
I’ve been to Kincardine, Alva, Coalsnaughton, Dunipace, Raploch, Valleyfield, Falkirk, Bridge of Allan, Children in need events, fundraisers for Cancer organisations, Scottish Autism and local care homes across Forth Valley, it’s been a ball. Let’s not forget about our zoom classes either during COVID.
But right now I’m working full time, completing my Masters in Inclusive Education which is full time out with work, planning our wedding which is only 234 days to go now, as well as our home reception and to add into the mix we moved into our new house in September which is needing more time and love immediately put into it that we expected.
It’s been a tough decision and one I’ve considered for the past few months now as I’ve not enough time to put into choreographing, messaging and booking people in and moving them around as I used to. But now after being unwell running myself into the ground I think it’s finally time.
I will organise over the weekend refunds for those who’ve been booked into class up until Christmas.
I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my business over the 8 and a bit years it’s been very much appreciated. A lot of you have became good friends and sound boards as I’ve came into class on a tangent. Thanks for trusting me when I’ve change choreography or adding in finishers and just going with the flow!
