Stevie 430kg World Record
JP 454kg a massive 1000lbs to end the teams efforts

Competed as a team, won as a team

A chance for you to hit a personal best in the best gym in Ayrshire!

14th of November 2026

£30 Entry Fee
Men AND Women Entries Available!
Everyone is Welcome!!!

Event 1: Max Log Overhead

Event 2: Max Texas Barbell Deadlift

Event 3: Max Atlas Stone

Stones will be over a wooden frame (height 48’ inches).
We have stones ranging from 60kg-200k (in 20kg increments) , 220kg, 240kg and a beastly 250kg.

3 attempts will be allowed on each Event,

Competitors will pick their own weights that they want to be lifted.

Athletes arrive for 9am
Rules Meeting will be 9:30am
First Event will start 10am

Rules will be explained on the day

Grip Tops & Shorts
Knee & Elbow Sleeves
Tacky
Chalk Liquid or Block
Straps
Deadlift Suits
All Equipment Allowed

We never get sick of celebrating a podium finish for one of the team - securing a phenomenal 2nd Place finish yesterday

Kicking us off MatthewTheMammoth teamed up with Rachel Greener to win Victory’s Strongest Team! Congrats both a stellar performance!! 👏🏻 💪🏻

And secondly some of the gents took on the tug of war at Dundonald Highland Games and came away with an impressive win!🏆 a special thanks to Murray Kilt Hire & Formal Wear

What a day! Plenty of comp day content to come but first, we have many people to thank for another fantastic Westcoast Comp - Ayrshire’s Strongest Man & Woman 2026 🏆

Firstly the amazing athletes who gave absolutely EVERYTHING today you all did yourselves proud and put on an incredible show!
To all the spectators who came along to support it was amazing to see the gym so packed with strength sport enthusiasts.
