🔵⚪️ Wallace Cup 2026 ⚪️🔵

A fantastic evening at Stirling University for the Wallace Cup, with the boys producing an excellent performance throughout the tournament.

The lads went unbeaten across all six matches, scoring 9 goals and conceding just 3. That run saw us reach the Plate Final against Breahead FC. After a hard-fought 1-1 draw, the match went to penalties, where we narrowly missed out in sudden death.

We are incredibly proud of every player tonight. It was a tremendous effort from the whole squad after a full day at school, with the boys showing great attitude, commitment and togetherness from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Riverside FC for organising another excellent tournament, Bennett’s Coaches for the first-class transport to and from Stirling, all of the match officials, and our fantastic support from parents, family and friends throughout the evening.

A brilliant start to our summer tournament programme, with plenty positives to take forward as we look ahead to Camelon Juniors FC Foundation next Saturday.

Rest up, lads. Enjoy the Scotland game and we will see you all on Tuesday.

Two good teams on display today in a great contest, played in excellent conditions at Kilwinning Community Sports Club.

It was a competitive game throughout, with both sides working hard and producing some good football. Our boys once again showed plenty quality in possession, playing some really good attacking football. This was highlighted in both of our goals, along with the second-half penalty where we were unlucky not to convert. That’s football.

There were plenty positives to take from another strong team display, with the lads showing real unity, fight and flair throughout the match. The work rate and togetherness across the team was excellent once again, with everyone battling hard for each other from start to finish.
