Join me for a 6km Cani-Hike around Calendar Park, Falkirk, taking in some lovely undulating trails before we finish up with a well-earned coffee at the café ☕️🐶

Thursday — Ayrshire Canicross is back! Newcomers welcome, but we do ask that you have a basic level of running fitness for these sessions.

We're back!!

It's time to crack the winter mud off your trainers and the dog harness and get ready to hit the trails 😊

Renfrewshire Tuesdays are starting back next week 18 Aug with a beginner and returners friendly block. We will be starting gently and adding in some hiking if needed for the dogs.

Cani-Fit Academy going global 🌎

Really proud to have Carlos undertaking the Cani-Fit Academy Canicross Leader Course all the way over in Venezuela 🇻🇪

Check out La Manada Trail 🐾 and give them a follow on their adventure

Carlos has been training and involved in the sport for years, is the Venezuelan representative in the International Canicross Federation and is now working towards building the canicross community in his country.

This is exactly why I created the Academy. I love seeing people who are already passionate and knowledgeable about the sport wanting to take things further, learn, develop and help grow canicross in their own communities.

We’ve had some seriously top-notch people come through the Academy and Carlos is another brilliant addition to that list.
