Our pole dancing and burlesque classes are for ladies (over 18) all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. The Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, based classes provide a fun, alternate way to keep fit, shape up and lose weight. The classes are taught in a way that enables you to build your confidence and boost your self-esteem, helping you to feel empowered in your everyday life. All theses benefits rolled in to one!
