💙 LOOKING AFTER OUR FITNESS FAMILY 💙

Today we caught up with Alan, founder of Kilmarnock Station Counselling Services

Alan himself is such an absolute inspiration — and if you ever had the privilege of hearing his personal story, you'd understand exactly why he's so passionate about helping others in Ayrshire.

When we met Alan last year around the opening of Revitalize, he very kindly offered something incredible to our Fitness Family: a free initial consultation, with zero waiting time for anyone in crisis, with access to trained therapists and counsellors.

After some of the messages we've received over the last week, I felt it was really important to remind everyone that this support is there.

Everything is completely confidential. You don't have to struggle quietly, and you don't have to be inside the four walls of Revitalize to still be part of our Fitness Family 💙

THANK YOU 💙

Tomorrow evening, exactly one week on from the fire, we’ll be closing our fundraiser.

And there really aren’t enough words to describe how grateful we are for what you have all done.

This fundraiser was created for our self-employed Personal Trainers who, overnight, lost their place of work, clients and income. Behind every one of them is a completely different life and set of circumstances — mortgages and families to support, new babies, weddings ahead, personal health scares, and people simply trying to work out what comes next.

But beyond the financial impact, there has been an emotional one too. Revitalize wasn’t just where they worked. For many of them, it was where they spent most of their days, built their businesses, changed people’s lives and found some of their closest friendships.
Because of you, they haven't had to face this first week alone.
Every donation, share, message, T-shirt purchased and offer of help has meant more than we could ever properly put into words. The money raised will make a genuine difference to our PT team as they navigate the weeks ahead.

We also know that we weren't the only people who lost their businesses that night.

So, with the support you have given us, we will also be donating a portion of the funds raised to the other businesses affected by the fire — EVT, Carnelian Counselling and Autoperfekt. We hope, even in a small way, we can pass on some of the kindness that has been shown to us 💙

To every single person who stood behind our Fitness Family when we needed it most — thank you 🥹

We will never forget it.

And now, we keep moving forward. We have too...

We cannot WAIT to see so many of our Fitness Family together at Kay Park this Saturday at 10am. After the week we've all had, seeing everyone together again is exactly what we need 💙

This picture means more to us now than it ever has 💔

Not just because it’s personal, but because of the way wee Jaxx is sitting there looking up at his Daddy. And when we say "our" its because everyone thats in our pt team really is genuinely a massive part of his life. His Uncle TT and Dad were his daily inspo..(not forgetting Uncle Raj and Aunt Laura)

But it reminded us of something…

Someone is looking up to YOU.

You probably don’t even realise it.

One of the most special things about Revitalize was hearing the comments people made about each other. People who started as complete strangers noticing someone else’s progress, strength or determination.

“Have you seen how well they’re doing?”
“They’ve absolutely smashed it.”
“I wish I had their confidence.”

Those little conversations made all the hard work worthwhile.

So if you're having one of those days where you feel like you have nobody, where you don't feel good enough, or you wonder whether you're making any difference at all — and speaking quite rawly, that's where we are ourselves right now — remember this:

Someone, somewhere, is looking up to you.

After everything that’s happened, this Saturday is simply about getting our Fitness Family back together. 💙

We honestly can’t believe the kindness we’re being shown right now 😭❤️

After receiving this incredible message, we put a poll out to our PT team straight away to see if anyone could make the trip. Unfortunately, with it being so last minute and everyone’s circumstances changing so much this week, nobody was able to take it.

But we couldn’t let this gesture go without sharing just how incredibly kind it was. Someone, who wishes to remain anonymous, offered to gift an entire 7-night holiday for two to Malta to members of our team — and even offered to cover the cost of transferring it into their names 🥹

Especially while dealing with difficult circumstances within their own family, this level of kindness has genuinely blown us away

Thank you won't ever be enough to you all ❤️

And we’re sending all our love and prayers to you and your family right now.

We will never forget the kindness people have shown our Fitness Family this week💙

Holidays are different. New surroundings, different routines, unfamiliar faces… and sometimes they're great.

But there's still no feeling quite like coming home.

So wherever you're doing right now, keep going.

Keep supporting each other. Keep wearing that Revitalize blue 💙
You haven't left Revitalize. You're just somewhere else while we're getting your home ready again.

And although we might not have our building right now, we still have our Fitness Family.

Which is why we're getting everyone together this coming Saturday 💙
