Teen Fit is back for Summer 26!
Coach Hannah will be running a six-week Teen Fit block for young people aged 12–15, starting Wednesday 1st July.
The sessions will include a mix of strength training, mobility and cardio, all properly coached and adapted to suit the younger age group.
It’s suitable for complete beginners, as well as teenagers who already take part in sport or training.
Every Wednesday from 11.15am–12.15pm
1st July to 5th August
£50 for the full six-week block
We know summer holidays can be busy, so it’s absolutely fine if your teen needs to miss a week or two. They won’t be left behind.
