So you can enjoy Scotland’s first World Cup game AND run Roon the Toon, the race will now take place on Sunday 7 June, instead of Sunday 14 June as previously advertised.

We are delighted to be welcoming new runners into our couch to 5k program. This is the group to be in if you’re looking to achieve that 5k goal in 2026! Whether you’ve ran previously and want to try again or you’ve never ran - come along and meet some fantastic people who love to run!

We are also welcoming people who are looking for some help or motivation on the road to Roon The Toon 10k

If the couch to 5k program or the aim of Roon the Toon are something that you are interested and have set a goal for in 2026 then our squad may be the place for you and our fabulous leaders will be there to guide you through your running journey.

We hope to see some new faces in the new year 😁
