Absolutely awesome sparring in the gym over the last 2 days.
We were delighted to welcome the current European Champion and undefeated boxer Pa Casey from Ireland into Northwest for sparring with our own Aaron Sarwar ,3 sessions, 18 rounds in total.

These are the rounds you’d pay to watch, two top boys competing in highly competitive clean rounds giving each other the respect they deserve.

A huge thanks to Pa and his dad James for making the trip over and we wish them a safe flight home this evening. 🤝
