Wago No Michi Aikido

Wago No Michi Aikido Dundonald, Scout hall:
Monday 7-9pm

First class is free! This is a traditional Aikido class under instruction of Sensei Alan White, 9th Dan.

Any fitness level can do Aikido which is a defensive martial art founded by Morihei Ueshiba. CLASSES:
Class takes place:

Monday at 7pm to 9pm

Thursday 6.30pm to 8.30pm

Black belt classes run every Sunday 11.30am to 12.30pm

Cost = £3.50 per class at Dundonald Scout Hall

Hey guys. Hope you are all well. The scouts are holding a reindeer drive on the 7th Dec at the bowling club. £3 entry which includes tea/coffee/juice and a cake. We desperately need donations for the raffles if anyone wishes to help out. Looking to do a bottle hamper, a food hamper and a chocolate hamper for the kids. Thanks. Stacey

I would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas! I'm still fighting to get fit, getting weekly acupuncture to try and relieve pain and other than that I'm swamped with uni work so my return to training is taking longer than I'd hoped. All the best for 2018! Stacey 🎄

DEATH OF MAN, KILMARNOCK - WOMAN ARRESTED

Around 0140 hours on Thursday 22 September 2016, police and emergency services were called to a report of a 41 year old man having been seriously injured within a property in Croe Place, Kilmarnock.

He was taken by ambulance to Crosshouse Hospital where he died a short time later.

The man can now be named as 41 year old Martin Gorman. Relatives are aware.

A 28 year old woman has been arrested in connection with the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
