Moire's Pilates I first joined a pilates class 20 years ago and loved it! I then decided to become a pilates instructor 15 years ago. I now teach 9 a week.

I was teaching up to 14 classes a week pre lockdown, but enjoyed spending evenings at home, l dropped a few.
