GEAR UP & GET ENTERED…
…for the Squall Sailing Diehard Dinghy Series!

Running from Sunday 26th September to 31st October, this 6 week series is open to all types of dinghies, and all ages!

– 2 races are scheduled each day 🏁
– Hot food will be served after racing 😋
– Visiting boats are welcome to stay in the dinghy park for the series ⛵️

Have you ever tried Standup Paddleboarding? Do you want to improve your paddleboarding skills?

SLYC are running a SUP Skills Course in conjunction with Strangford Lough Activity Centre (SLAC) on Friday 30th July. Qualified SUP instructors will teach you how to improve your SUP technique, strokes and give an overview on safety considerations.

The bar will be open after and there will be a BBQ.

Sunday Sailing 20th June - FULLY BOOKED

After a year long break we are pleased to announce that our Sunday Sailing School will be commencing on Sunday 20th June. We cannot wait to welcome you back.

Unfortunately due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we are restricted to 25 participants per week. As 25 sailors have booked their place for the 20th June, we are unable to accept anymore bookings.

For the Parents/Guardians, we will be hosting a coffee morning as we have in the past. So please feel free to stay, watch the sailing and enjoy some coffee and refreshments.

Tuesday Night Dinghy Racing is back at SLYC from 18th May!⛵️ Briefing will be at 18:30 with the first gun being at 19:00. We hope to see you all there!

This course will focus on enhancing your racing skills - finishing with a fun Regatta on 21st August!
