Yoga is only on Friday morning this week in Killearn Village Hall at 9.30am in the Main Hall, not the Garden room.

There is no Wednesday class this week as there's a wedding on. I hope you get a lovely sunny day for the wedding. The usual timetable will resume the following week.

As always, classes are free for any carers and are suitable for all levels.

Yoga classes are on over the summer in Killearn Village Hall on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9.30am.

Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. This week we will be working on bringing space into the joints and length into the body.

The class is free for anyone that is a carer and registered with Stirling Carers Centre.

Yoga in Killearn Village Hall is on Wednesday at 9.30am this week.

Please note that there is no Friday morning class in Killearn this week. Instead there is the annual Endrick Yoga retreat to Kinlochard Village Hall from 10am until 1pm.

There are still a couple of spaces left for anyone wanting to join us, the cost is £25, please email [email protected]

For those attending, please bring a blanket for class, and you're welcome to bring a picnic and/or swimming costumes for the brave.

Looking at the snowdrops and crocuses, it is lovely to anticipate the Spring weather and some warmth from the sun.

Yoga classes will continue on Wednesday mornings in Killearn at 09:30 in the Main Hall, and Friday mornings at 09:15 in the Garden Room.

They are suitable for all abilities and free for Carers registered with Stirling Carers.

I have booked the Village Hall at Kinlochard again, for June 19th, for a yoga retreat morning, and a swim in the Loch if you're feeling brave. Details to follow.

If you prefer a more personal approach, I am available for private sessions. These are tailored specifically to you, whether you are looking for Yoga Therapy to manage stress, anxiety or depression, or a focused plan to build strength and flexibility.

There is no class on Friday as we're having an early Christmas. I hope you all have a calm and successful festive holiday, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the New Year.
