Kyle Waterski & Wakeboard A friendly waterski & wakeboard club open to members and visitors. The club is affiliated to British WaterSki & Wakeboard and Waterski and Wakeboard Scotland.

We are a friendly club with members of all ages and skiing/boarding abilities. We cater for beginners and experienced skiers/boarders alike. We have wet suits, life jackets, skis and boards available. The clubhouse has changing rooms, toilet and shower facilities, tea/coffee making facilities and a small tuck shop. A BBQ is also available for use. The Club has 2 slalom courses and and a Malibu Response boat with tower. All the Club's Drivers and Instructors hold the relevant BWSW qualifications.

The August round of the Skier of the Year competition sees last year's winner Mike Palmer holding a 3 point lead over John Radford who is starting to find some form after his hip replacement. Alan Yeoman is just 1 point behind so it is all to play for in September.

The boat has been removed from its winter hibernation, serviced and tested by a couple of hardy volunteers (Mike and Ian B).

We are good to go, our season opens on Saturday 5th April. Visitors are always welcome, contact the Secretary at [email protected]. We have all the kit and expertise, all you need is a towel.

There are a number of events planned throughout the summer, watch this space for details.

Congratulations Mike Palmer, 2024 Skier of the Year.

Mike performed steadily throughout the year and then put in the big one right at the end of the season to pip Allan Martin, who had led the competition for much of the year, into second place.

Well done to everyone who took part this year.

Here is to 2025.
