And a huge shoutout to Scott, who was battling it out in one of the toughest categories of the weekend while also coaching Katie every step of the way.

What's even more impressive is that he only had 3 weeks to prepare after receiving the call-up.

This result means so much more than a placing. It's a testament to her resilience, determination, and refusal to give up, even when life has thrown some really tough challenges her way.

She has continued to show up, put the work in, and prove just how strong she is, both physically and mentally.

Some members become family... Emma has been part of ours for years. 💚

From helping us get the gym ready before we opened to being one of the biggest supporters of everyone who walks through our doors, she's a huge part of what makes Ground Zero special.

Today, she's stepping onto one of the biggest stages in strength sport at Britain's Strongest Man, and we couldn't be prouder.
