One of my favourite exercises, and one you will be familiar with if you come to my classes. So many benefits, including:

π« Improving coordination- helping us to finetune our aids, building the connection from inside leg to outside rein
π« Challenging balance- so we can always stay in balance with the horse (even if they're feeling the joys of spring)
Add this into your next workout, 3 lots of 10 repetitions per side π§ββοΈ
