** long post but please read**

Hello to all my beautiful past clubbers…..I hope u have all had the best Christmas and new year.
I am Posting on here as I am thinking of hanging up my glowsticks for good and cancelling my clubbercise subscription meaning I will would no longer be able to teach clubbercise under their trade name.
I absolutely LOVED teaching it for the years that I did and then as many if you know i suffered a knee injury which stopped me from instructing the way I would want too. I then became pregnant with my second daughter and had sever sciatic pain which I still suffer with to this day when I do high intensity exercise so for this reason aswell as having my youngest who is disabled I feel I won’t be able to teach clubbercise again the way I used too. The set up and pack down time of all the blubber equipment would mean I was out for too long at the worst time of the night when my little one screams the place down for bed.
As many of you know who went to my classes I would always put my whole effort in and come out looking like a red sweaty beetroot and I just wouldn’t be able to do that now. This is a rubbish decision for me to make but I think
I need to make it and settle with the decision.

However…..as many of you know, first and foremost I am a dance teacher with my own dance school.…as I cant do clubbercise I will be looking to have st johns church hall for a 45min class for adults. I have enquired into any evening that the hall may be free. Looking to be 7:45pm ish. Classes will run in 6 week blocks. With a week off in between Each 6 weeks. Each block of lessons you will have the opportunity to learn a specific dance style, ie, rock n roll, line dance, street, club anthems, ect ect. You will only have to sign up to one block of 6 at a time so you can decide if it’s a style you may like to learn…and the good thing is that it’s all movement! Meaning calories being burnt and toning being achieved.

Who would like some online clubber sessions???
Due to personal circumstances I am unable to return to in person clubber classes for the reseable future so online is the next best thing.
We can have just as much fun but without having to leave your house!!

If I have a big enough response then I will send out details for the online Classes x
