Location: Stratfield Brake, Kidlington

Date & Time: Thursday, 27 August 2026 @ 7:00 PM

Course: Flat 4-mile (6.4 km) off-road course

Pace: Generous cut-off time suitable for all abilities!

Well done to all our runners taking part in the Sri Chinmoy race series.
Well done to award winners Richard 5th place SM, Peter 3rd place V60, Thalia 7th place WV60 and Edwin winner and tallest by far in the children’s race!

What a day for Kidlington!
20 runners at the Chalgrove 10km this morning and then then 16 at the first of the Sri Chinmoy race series this evening with nine of us doing the double!

Well done to all our Oxford half marathon runners!

It was a chilly start but we had some great races! And the icing on the cake was the club support along the way and getting our medals from club members too!

A big thank you to everyone who has already dropped off their unwanted trainers at the WISH Shop. Every pair helps Jog On keep shoes out of landfill and give them a new life. 🌍

There’s still time to bring yours in! Just:

✅ Tie pairs together by the laces
✅ Must be dry (any condition welcome – even muddy ones!)

Kidlington Running Club, supported by Cherwell Collective, CIC are collecting unwanted trainers and running shoes for Jog On – keeping them out of landfill and helping others. 🌍✨
