Happy Spring Equinox! My next Kitchen Stories Zoom Workshop is with Katie Reid's Herbal Medicine and we will focus on Immune tonics - mushrooms and wild spring herbs 🌿

Katie will talk about three beautiful spring herbs that we can find in our back garden - Dandelion, Nettle and Cleavers and why they are important at this time of year. She will also talk about the benefit of mushrooms to the immune system and why we should be incorporating these into our diets all year round.

We are not able to be inside the studio yet, so join me outside (weather permitting) for mat work Sunday mornings at 10am-11am on the decking inside our courtyard. Mats are distanced 2m apart and are thoroughly cleaned before and after class. Maximum of 5 participants, therefore please book your place in advance.

Apologies for not updating this page for a long time. Due to Covid-19 my Pilates classes are now looking like this, curtesy of my 6yr old and 3yr old boys. Stay safe everyone, I’m hoping to re-open on the 4th July. 💗

A little bit cloudy this morning, but it is warm and dry. So we will be outdoors reaching for the sky at 10am on the mats.
