Following a series of successful pilots, we are pleased to let you know that we’re in a position to now offer the England Rugby Mentor Award to the Community Game. The course description is below to aid you in conversations with people locally:

Mentoring is a powerful tool that can be used in the development and education of people involved in Rugby. Everyone involved in the game can benefit from an effective mentoring programme. Successful programmes enhance behaviour and practice, but in order for change to occur, learning must take place. This mentoring training course will explore learning and how you, in your role as a mentor, can support an individual through their learning journey.

The course costs £175 for individuals to book on. We have two courses scheduled in Area 5- booking links below:
Sandbach School – 22nd March 2020 (9:00-17:00) & 17th May 2020 (10am -1pm)
Aldridge RFC - 15th March 2020 (9:00-17:00) & 10th May 2020 (10am - 1pm)
