We often get asked if we offer a trial swim before booking onto our lessons.

The answer is no we don’t, from 28 years of experience a ‘one off trial lesson’ does not reflect a true experience. It may take 2-3 lessons before your child settles down. I’ve had a few over the years who literally scream or hang off my neck!
I’m sure many of my customers will vouch, eventually they settle. 🙏

Within our refund policy we do cover this scenario. If your child doesn’t settle after 3 or 4 lessons we will refund the balance outstanding.

We always say come see us in action, you can then see how we work, speak to parents for feedback on what they think. fingers crossed it’s positive

What an amazing week we have had on our intense course.
The children have been amazing and they all made great progress. However, the best feeling they all had fun.

We cannot wait to see you all on our next one. Dates will be released in the next couple of weeks.

Hi everyone,
Just to say invoices for all group lessons have been emailed.
I’m in the midst of sending invoices for 1-1’s & 2-1’s.

All invoices will have been sent by Friday 14th August.
