We're really excited to tell you that we have a brand new stretch class starting in Keynsham!

Starting Tuesday 4th October - 19:00 - 19:30 at Somerdale Pavilion

A floor-based stretch and flexibility class open to all ages and abilities. This class uses gentle stretches that can be adapted for individual bodies and allow people to work at their own pace to improve flexibility, mobility and posture.

Hi Everyone!

Tomorrow we return back to a normal timetable and have a brand new DanceFit class starting this week!

Wednesday: DanceFit - 09:30 - 10:15 @ Brunel Sports Centre

BarreX® classes will still be running at the same class number as before summer but it is still a good time to come and try it if you haven't before. If you haven't been for a while it's never too late to come back and join us.

Hopefully see you all in classes throughout the week and we can have a good catch-up!

Brand new Stretch class starting

Thursday at UWE Centre for Sport: 20:10 - 20:45

A new and unique floor-based class that will help improve flexibility, mobility and posture. This class is open to all abilities and has no age limit. The class comprises stretches with different levels of progressions to allow you to work at your own individual pace, suitable for you and your body.
