A slightly late well done to our Winter League team who completed their season last month, finishing in second place in division 4, securing promotion.

The team, consisting of Mark Long, Kerry Grace, Julian Hellyer, David Howell, Jo Taylor and Elaine Hanham, secured 6 wins and 1 draw from their 10 matches. Great performances from all of the team during the season. Well done team!

Fry’s now look forward to the challenge of competing in division 3 next winter, whilst attention at the club turns to Summer League which starts in May.

A delayed and very wet end to our 'Summer' Singles tournament. Well done to our winner Mark Long who beat Rich Conway 3-6 7-6 6-2 in a very long and hard fought match, to secure his 4th title in a row.
A big thanks to the spectators who braved the rain and to all the members who entered the tournament.

With Summer League starting tonight, there's just time to give a late well done to our Winter league team who finished in 4th place in division 4. A very respectable result after promotion the previous year. We had some great wins and performances along the way. Well done to all players!
