Ketton Sports Cricket Club is part of the wider KSCC and shares the main bar/lounge/kitchen area with a number of other sports clubs, including football, tennis, bowls, darts, pool etc. Ketton Sport CC's own new pavilion comprising of changing rooms, showers, umpires rooms, scorers area and small kitchen combine with the main new building and our superb playing surface, electronic scoreboard and roll on covers to provide a quality cricket facility for our members. We are based in Ketton, near Stamford, we are one of many sports clubs at Ketton that fall under the umbrella of the Ketton Sports & Community Centre. Our players have won numerous league and cups in recent years, and hopefully will continue to do so in years to come. Many individual and team awards have also been presented by local leagues and media. Our senior 1st and 2nd teams play Leicestershire & Rutland League Cricket on Saturdays. We also have a Sunday team playing in the Rutland League with the focus on bringing youngsters into senior cricket. We have a youth section currently comprising of All Stars for 5-8 year olds and junior cricket for children in the U9, U11 and U13 age groups. Our club operates under a Sport England and ECB recommended constitution, we achieved ECB Clubmark accreditation in 2019. We boast a number of level 2 and 3 coaches amongst our membership, all of whom are keen to help progress the ability of your child to be the best cricketer they can be, with the ultimate goal of producing numerous youngsters who are ready willing and able to play senior cricket, thus continuing their enjoyment of the sport into adulthood. Our junior sessions are ran by Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching, a local cricket coaching agency with a track record of quality, enjoyable coaching sessions.
