We are running a workshop at this excellent event.

Autumn may seem far off but it’s the perfect time to schedule in a day to step away, have fun and learn about new food & activities.

On October 17th, Yuko from Omotenashi Dining, and I, will co-host our second edition of Rituals, East Meets Weat at The Roundhouse in Stoke Albany.
Guest will learn about traditional Japanese culture while partaking in a variety of activities that you can incorporate into your daily life here.

We will also be joined by Mike from East Midlands Kung Fu, who will show us meditative movement using the staff.
