What a great year it has been for AJF Coaching. Thank you to all the people that have booked sessions, it's been great seeing how they developed and improved.
Thanks to my wife Carly for helping with the admin, finances and support.

Thanks to Kev Fowler for the support and letting me coach Lion Cubs which are the future players learning to develop their skills.

Phil and Josh at Kettering Town FC Community Trust for all the support and advice.

I'd also like to thank Ritchie Juene, Luke Graham, Frankie Fry and all the lads at Kettering Town FC Education, allowing me to be a geek and get performance data during their matches.

Something new that we have been working on that we can offer coaches / managers of grassroots and academy teams.
A new app that you can register players for your team, log training attendance, put fixtures in a calendar, select your matchday squad from your team and then during matchday you can log specific actions to be able to review the performance after and throughout the season.

AJF Coaching is pleased to announce a new partnership with playform.app to help deliver and incrouage individual skill and ability.

Playform is a free app that can give instant feedback without the need for sensors or other technology. Results are then shown on a players very own Fifa style card with scores relevant to performance on the app.

AJF Coaching will be using this with all our clients on 121 sessions

A great couple of sessions to finish the week off before a little break. First was with a new player Millie who plays for a grassroots mixed team. Dribble skill warm up to start, learning and practicing where to strike the ball for corners as that's something Millie wanted to learn. Then finish off with receiving the ball, turning and shooting using both feet. A great session with lots of fun. Thank you to Millie's mum for recording some of the session and allowing us to show it.

* Live Matchday Analysis available.

So if you want to have Analysis on your team but don't have the time or know-how please contact for an initial discussion (Analysis only available for Academy/Semi Pro and u16+ teams)
