After more than 33 years on the wrestling mat, and years of coaching, testing, refining and teaching this system... it's finally here.
Growing up in the 80's and 90's there was no YouTube, no online instructionals, no easy access to learn from coaches around the world.
I never imagined that one day I'd have my own instructional available on the same platform as Olympic Champions, World Champions and some of the best wrestling coaches in the sport.
It's a HUGE HONOUR, and something I'm extremely proud of.
