Hello, I’m Charlotte, a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in Northamptonshire. I first started my fitness journey about 15 years ago, and at that time fitness and exercise for me was all about losing weight, how many calories I’d burnt and achieving a ‘slim’ appearance. However, over the years and since becoming a mum, I have come to realise that fitness is so much more than just physical aesthetics.
It is about feeling good both mentally and physically, being healthy and strong, building resilience and having energy to live life to the fullest. Whether it is weight loss, building muscle or simply becoming fitter and healthier, I work with my clients to create personalised workout plans that are tailored to their individual needs and goals. With both personal training sessions and circuit classes, I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where my clients feel comfortable and confident to push themselves and realise their full potential. Ultimately, my mission as a personal trainer is to instil in my clients a love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle that will stay with them for years to come. I want to empower them to take control of their health and wellbeing, and to feel confident and happy in their own skin. Relevant Qualifications:
