I've grown this parsley from seed in my windowsill. It was so easy. Water, seed compost and sunlight - that's all it took. I'm going to transport it to my herb garden now, but I will grow some more because I live having herbs in these gorgeous old terracotta pots in my kitchen too. And here some wonderful facts about parsley:
🌱 A serving of parsley has more vitamin C than an orange
🌱 It's rich in vitamins A, B, C, and potassium too
🌱 Evidence suggests a diet rich in parsley can help prevent infections
🌱 Parsley is a natural tonic for blood vessels
🌱 Adding parsley regularly to your diet can help to regulate high blood pressure
🌱 Helps prevent UTI's and enhances kidney health
🌱 Parsley stimulates menstrual flow and soothes period cramps
🌱 Last but not least (and there is a WHOLE HEAP of other benefits I haven't listed too) - in ancient Rome parsley was used as a hangover cure 😜. Cheers 🥂
