Spent today with my beloved... 🚲 I went for a quick trip up Long Mynd in Shropshire . Lovely warm spring conditions with many bikers and walkers out. Descended down Minton batch a long ribbon of single track before climbing back up to the glider field. Finished with a descent down motts road! Beautiful day!!

A very blustery Tuesday afternoon pedal! Out on the sandstone way from Rothbury upto Simonside and through Harwood forest to Hepple Whitfield in Northumberland National Park 🚲😬

The Sandstone way is a mountain biking route in Northumberland between Berwick upon Tweed and Hexham approx 120 miles long. It takes in Northumberland’s stunning coast line and also the Cheviot hills in Northumberland National Park!
