Ever tried canicross? Want to give it a go but feeling a bit nervous and unsure? We:

1. make you feel welcome and have kit you can borrow
2. give you a fully marked course
3. have plenty of lovely encouraging marshals
4. have no time cut-offs - you can take the time you need
5. have no mass starts - every dog and person given space
6. do our best to capture you in amazing photos
7. have first aiders at all events
8. have stunning courses in beautiful forests
9. have participants of all speeds, abilities and ages (over 16)
10. have some spaces available for Dodd Wood still on the 4th Oct.

We have a new member of the pack at Lakeland Paws .... meet Knoydart. She's too small to run this season but she'll make her running debut in our 6th series.

Our 5th season starts on 4th Oct @ 9am @ Dodd Wood.
